NOTE: Plans for the jury were changed due to the low number of competition entries. Below is the revised judging process.
Competition sponsors, as represented by the competition planning committee, retain authority for pre-screening the entries for completeness and compliance with competition requirements. Entries that are determined to be incomplete or not meet the requirements may be excluded from judging. (Read submission requirements for Adults, Youth Grades 5-8 and Youth Grades 9-12 and Eligibility for more details.)
The competition planning committee has sole authority for determining winning entries. The competition planning committee may vacate specific awards and/or declare ties. The competition planning committee has the discretionary powers to determine the number of adult track Judge’s Choice awards and adult and youth track Awards of Merit that will be given.
